What you’ll do:
- Participate in planning and scoping discussions on customer premises
- Participate in interviews and walkthroughs, develop flowcharts and/or narratives describing the current state
- Document and track requirements and deliverables
- Provide customers with progress reports and other project documentation
- Effectively oversee and guide the project work through proactive risk identification, mitigation and issues management
- Create project documentation and artifacts as needed to support the compliance and security leads
- Manage the overall project coordination, including managing scheduling, assigning tasks, and helping to escalate issues so problems can be resolved
- Maintain document control, ensure project repository is built and maintained
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion of the project.
What you have:
- Bachelor degree is preferred
- Experience managing Security or Compliance Related projects is preferred
- Understanding of Security and Compliance methodologies
- Ability to work with all levels of an organization (both internally and externally) with experience of both working cross-functionally and geographically
- Good knowledge of project management disciplines and structured methodologies and best practices
- Highly motivated, driven and passionate about security and compliance and customer success
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; excellent interpersonal skills; at ease and comfortable working in a client environment
- One plus years of overall proven success in Project Management
- Proven skills and ability in planning, executing and controlling project work
- Ability to structure and lead teams successfully through the full lifecycle of projects
- Skill with analyzing requirements, process analysis, process modeling and documenting workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate succinctly and instill confidence with internal stakeholders and the company’s customers
- Exceptional writing skills and reporting capabilities
- PMI CAPM or PMP and compliance and security such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO27001 certifications are highly desired
- Able to plan for and deliver a project on a specific deadline
