What you’ll do:
- Participate in planning and scoping discussions on customer premises
- Participate in interviews and walkthroughs, develop flowcharts and/or narratives describing the current state
- Identify key risks, controls, systems and applications, and related attributes
- Design test plans and test key controls for effectiveness
- Perform analysis of test results to support conclusions
- Determine root causes and provide recommendations for identified issues
- Perform follow-up procedures to validate if reported issues have been effectively remediated
- Executes compliance audit programs and maintains accurate, detailed records of audits.
- Summarizes findings and management response, which includes corrective action taken to prevent recurrence, in a clear and concise written report.
- Perform special projects as needed
- Prepare high quality deliverables consistent with BMS standards and methodology
- Build credibility and trust with BMS team members and with BMS customers
- Provide thoughtful and creative approaches to solving problems
What you have:
The following qualifications are desired:
- Entry level opportunity or 0-2 years of internal audit, compliance, or risk management experience
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Proactive, deadline driven, self-directed, and organized individual
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to excel in highly interactive team environment
- Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills, processes, and systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Highly professional delivery and attitude
- Technical and Security Experience is a plus
